How to obtain guarantee service:

If a fault occurs with a product during the guarantee period, it may be exchanged with a model of the same type and brand or where possible fixed.

You must take the product to the point of sale (dealer), and it is the dealer who assesses whether exchanging the product is justified. Products that show signs of improper treatment will be excluded from the guarantee and may not be exchanged.

Proof of purchase showing when the product was bought must be provided. The product will not be exchanged for reason of minor exterior faults such as the regulating knob, plastic cover, wheels and similar which may easily be replaced.

How do I register the guarantee / warranty :

Guarantees and warranties are valid from the date of purchase. They do not need to be registered. In the event of a product failure all that’s  required is a copy of the original proof of purchase / receipt.
