ALL SHIPMENTS

Shipments require a POD (proof of delivery). This means someone must be at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Or the courier must be notified in advance to leave the parcel safe, couriers will use their discretion in regards to leaving parcels safe. Couriers may also attempt delivery to a neighbours if nobody is at the delivery address.

Delivery tracking information will be sent via text or email with the information provided on the order.

Once dispatched we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier.

We advise to not book a Plumber or Electrician until your products have arrived and are checked.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UK)

Richmond Radiators currently offer Free Next Working Day shipping on all UK Mainland orders†!

All orders are processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12PM are dispatched the following business day. (Excluding weekends and holidays.)

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm GMT. 

When an order is dispatched, an email notification will be sent. This will include shipping information such as the tracking number.

On the day of delivery, a message containing a delivery window time will be sent.

You must be available for the delivery as a signature will be required.

For delivery information and instructions, contact the courier with the details provided. 

For European customers please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

We are not responsible for Import duty and customs charges. These must be paid by the customer.  

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PARCELS

The courier will attempt to deliver a package 3 times.

After a failed third attempt, the package will be re-routed back to our warehouse and a refund will be issued. 

If the order is still required you will need to place a new order.

In the event the courier are unable to deliver a package (due to an incorrect address entered by the customer), the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Richmond Radiators is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier.

Similarly, Richmond Radiators is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping the order to the customer.

In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.

SERVICE DELAYS

Richmond Radiators is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and any shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases such as these, please contact the courier directly with any inquiries about the status of your package, supplying your tracking details. 

TRACKING

Tracking information will not be available until your package ships and has left our warehouse.

Please note: for some international shipments tracking information may not be available up to 24 hours after courier has received the package.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a follow up text message with your tracking number.

Either click on the tracking number and follow the link or visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number.

Once your has been dispatched, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.Â
