Dual Fuel Conversion Kits

Dual fuel kits for heated towel rails, available to buy in the Richmond Radiators online shop.  These kits are used for the conversion of a heated towel rail to run on both central heating and mains electric.  This produces a saving in warmer months when you can run a towel warmer on electric, removing the need to turn on the central heating system.

We offer kits with constant power elements, thermostatic elements and Wifi heating elements. The thermostatic and Wifi electric elements come with energy saving features including a timer and open window recognition.

The kits consist of a pair of radiator valves and an electric element. Furthermore, there are several kits on offer.  For example, you can choose from round, square or crosshead valves.  Additionally, there are two types of electric element – PTC or Thermostatic. Available power outputs include 100w, 150w, 200w, 300w, 400w, 500w, 600w and 900w.
