ADAX Neo Low Profile Electric Panel Heater Wall Mounted Conservatory Convector with Thermostat and Timer

Description

ADAX Neo NL Skirting Electric Panel Heater

The Adax Neo stands out as the leader in design and style when you’re looking for electric home or office heating. Efficient, economic and easy to use; the Neo is everything you look for in as a low cost heating solution.

The NL model of the Neo is specifically designed for low spaces, such as conservatories and under windows. The narrow design means that the Neo NL is perfect for spaces without a lot of height.

The Neo has won accolades and awards for its unique, modern design. The understated, beautifully finished panel is available in 3 colour options, letting you pick a heater which will look great in your home or office’s interior. The bright displays current room temperature and LED indicators to show when schedules are on and when heating is active.

With a discrete projection of 85mm when wall mounted the Neo is very unobtrusive in the room. While the lightweight body means that the heater can be easily installed.

The simple controls include a precise digital thermostat which can be set between 5-35°C . This will let you easily set a temperature which will keep you warm and cosy.

Noone wants to heat their room unnecessarily. Leaving the heating on not only is bad for the environment, it really affects your energy bills. The best way to prevent this is to programme the times when the heating will be on, so it works autonomously. With the Neo’s timer you control exactly when the heater will be warm. The timer is in built, which lets you program each room independently, rather than wasting energy heating unused rooms.

The Neo’s Adaptive Start Feature, takes the guesswork out of your heating. What we mean by this is; you no longer have to programme the heater to come on earlier that you need it. Typically, this would happen because the room may take a while to heat up, therefore, you’d set the heater to come on a few hours before hand. However, the Neo records how long is needed to raise the temperature then determines the optimum time to start heating. For example, if you want the room at 20 degrees by 5 o’clock the heater would start heating before 5 o’clock.

With open window detection, the heater wil switch itself off following a sudden drop in the air temperature, Preventing wasted energy.

All ADAX convection heaters are built to the highest safety standards and safeguarded against overheating. ADAX are renowned for their quality, efficient heating elements made from a special aluminium alloy with outstanding conductivity, providing low weight, excellent heat distribution and quick, uniform heating. The result is rapid, environmentally friendly convection heating.

Easy to install with a detachable wall bracket and UK 3 pin plug fitted. Floor mounting stands are available (sold separately) for portable conversion. Available models in 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400 and 2000 Watt outputs. ADAX backed 5 year guarantee.

If plugged into a timer and there is a power cut what does the electronic thermostat default to.

The heater should retain settings in the event of a power outage but in the case that it does reset it would default to 20 degrees.

I hope that helps

Based on your reply to D mathews am I correct in assuming that these heaters are not suitable for use on an external timer,
