Q. What type of valves do I need?
Situations requiring STRAIGHT valves:
If a heated towel rail has connections at the bottom of the vertical tubes, and central heating pipes come up from the floor.
If a radiator has connections on the left and right hand side, and the central heating pipes come horizontally along the wall or skirting board.
If a radiator has connections at the bottom going upwards, and central heating pipes come up from the floor.
Situations requiring ANGLED valves:
If a heated towel rail has connections at the bottom of the vertical tubes, and central heating pipes come horizontally out of the wall towards you.adiator has connections on the left and right hand side, and the central heating pipes come up from the floor.
